A Dallas native, Tommy attended Highland Park High School (84) and was an Eagle Scout with Troop 82 of the Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Washington & Lee University (88) in Lexington, Virginia, and earned a Master's degree in financial planning from the College for Financial Planning. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He lives in Preston Hollow with his wife, Laura, and has three grown children.
